Tasting Notes and Scores
Deepest of purple at the core, barely fading into the rim. Aromas of mulberry, dark chocolate, dried woody herbs and boudin noir fill the nose. The palate fills with the same intensity the nose experienced. Dark and rich fruit is entwined with chocolate, ironstone and dried herb complexities. Tannins are very subtle, yet clearly carrying a great power to ensure the intensity of this wine remains focused. Line and length are prodigious, it lingers for an age on the palate yet still offers a freshness to the end that delights. Has a huge future for many years ahead of it (99 Points) - Stuart Knox - The Real Review
